Science Experts Consulting was founded by Dmitry Shparber, in early 2003.
After graduating from York University in Ontario, and prior to starting his own company, Dmitry worked for a number of consulting agencies and law firms across the United States and Canada, from the west coast in the city of Seattle to the east, in Washington, DC. For a number of years, Dmitry's major areas of interest have included patent law (IP) and corporate tax accounting (SR&ED).
